About the Role:

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate and business functions, partnering with internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent. By leveraging market insights, strategic sourcing, and high impact recruitment practices, the role ensures the organization builds a diverse and high caliber talent pipeline aligned with business priorities, organizational culture, and strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaise with departments and sections to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards (Naukrigulf, Bayt etc.), social media, networking, and direct outreach to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions within the organization, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify and engage potential candidates within the industry and competitor organizations.
  • Execute headhunting initiatives to target passive candidates and ensure a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
  • Conduct thorough resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely processes.
  • Administer internal hiring and transfer processes to identify suitable internal candidates for open roles, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering employee growth and retention within the organization.
  • Conduct timely and cost-effective recruitment through streamlined processes and proactively sourcing candidates to quickly secure the right talent with the necessary skills when needed.
  • Perform and assist in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and interview feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment platforms.
  • Prepare recruitment reports to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance recruitment skills, stay informed on new tools and methods, and ensure continuous improvement in talent acquisition.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruitment with proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools is preferred.

Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

Certification from a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD) will be an advantage.
