Position Summary:

We're looking for a curious and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team and gain hands-on exposure to how a high-growth tech business attracts and hires great talent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (Bachelors / Masters / MBA) who's interested in the Recruitment function and building strong candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team across the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Assist with job postings, CV screening, coordinating interviews with candidates/ hiring managers and driving Employee Referral campaigns.
• Help map and improve the candidate journey, from first contact through onboarding.
• Support candidate communications to ensure a professional and engaging experience throughout the process.
• Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers across the business.
• Help maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support basic reporting and tracking of recruitment metrics.
• Stay curious about hiring trends, interview best practices and the tech talent market.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (ideally Masters or MBA) in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to years of experience (internships or part-time experience welcome).
