About the Opportunity

We are a leading management consulting firm seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team immediately.

The successful candidate will lead the Talent Acquisition function for a business cluster comprising multiple companies, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top talent to support business growth. The role requires a proactive recruitment professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple companies within the assigned business cluster.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics to monitor recruitment performance.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and sourcing strategies.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives by providing market insights and talent availability analysis.
  • Collaborate with the HR Development Manager to support strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn headhunting.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience working in consulting firms, holding companies, or multi-business organizations is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
