Role: We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead (Remote) to own and evolve our recruiting function. You'll be both a world-class recruiter and a team manager, responsible for directly hiring high-caliber executives and specialists across the holding and portfolio companies, while leading our team of talent sourcers. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to a Co-Founder.
You will drive full-cycle recruiting across functions (especially Engineering, M&A, Integrations, Sales, and Product) and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers & Co-Founders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruiting: Own the full recruitment cycle for all roles across our portfolio, including management-level, technical, and commercial positions.
- Team leadership: Manage and coach recruiting sourcers, ensuring performance, motivation, and growth.
- Talent strategy: Design and execute sourcing and closing strategies to attract top 1% talent globally.
- Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers, GMs, and co-founders to align on hiring plans and role definition.
- Process excellence: Optimise our recruitment operations, scorecards, outreach messaging, and candidate experience.
- AI-augmented operations: Use AI tooling to reduce operational friction across the recruiting workflow. We already run AI-generated candidate summaries from screening transcripts, AI-assisted sourcing and outbound, and a daily Gmail/Slack/Calendar priority brief. You're expected to extend this, not start from scratch, and to set the bar for how the sourcing team uses AI day-to-day.
- Market intelligence: Act as a talent market expert. Know who to poach, from where, and how to land them.
- Brand & candidate experience: Ensure every candidate leaves with a world-class experience, whether hired or not.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in fast-paced environments (startups, VCs, or top-tier recruiting firms).
- Track record: Demonstrated ability to source and close A+ talent, including exec-level candidates.
- People skills: Natural relationship builder with top-tier written and verbal communication.
- AI fluency: Active, daily user of frontier AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Granola, or similar) in your current workflow. Comfortable iterating on prompts and lightweight automations to take friction out of recruiting ops.
- Drive: Ambitious, curious, coachable, outcome-oriented.
