You will lead the recruitment efforts, oversee the talent acquisition team, and collaborate closely with department leaders to refine our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs
- Enhance employer branding to attract and retain high-quality talent
- Utilize various channels and methods to source candidates, ensuring a diverse applicant pool
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for talent acquisition and the ability to promote a positive candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
