Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Director will provide strategic leadership for business operations, drive growth across key verticals, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and market priorities. Responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing and service delivery performance, and guiding product and solution strategy for video surveillance and security offerings. The Director will monitor market trends, build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, and support the development and execution of long-term business plans. The role also involves establishing governance frameworks, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and mentoring senior managers to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder relationship skills, with experience guiding cross-functional senior teams.
Proven ability in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management within technology, manufacturing, or security solutions industries.
Solid understanding of video surveillance, electronics, or related technology domains, including products, solutions, and market dynamics.
Experience in operational excellence, process optimization, and implementing quality and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive and customer levels.
Track record of driving change, fostering innovation, and supporting R&D and product roadmap initiatives.
Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with PAN India teams, and travel as required.
Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Prior experience in a senior leadership or director-level role in a complex, fast-paced organization.
