About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Salla. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully expanding business operations. The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the e-commerce or technology sectors is preferred. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnership terms to maximize value for both parties.

Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Represent Salla at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Stay informed about technological advancements and industry best practices to ensure Salla remains competitive and innovative.
