Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the organization's end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-caliber talent aligned with business needs and growth plans.

The role requires a senior Talent Acquisition professional with more than 12 years of experience, preferably within the FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong expertise in mass hiring, headhunting, employer branding, talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and stakeholder management.

The position will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, strengthening the company's employer brand, improving recruitment effectiveness, and ensuring timely closure of critical and high-volume vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement the annual Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Translate business requirements into effective recruitment plans, sourcing strategies, and hiring priorities.
  • Lead recruitment activities across different business functions, levels, and locations.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical, managerial, and specialized positions.
  • Monitor market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, policies, and candidate experience.

2. Mass Hiring & High-Volume Recruitment

  • Lead and manage mass hiring campaigns for operational, commercial, technical, and support functions.
  • Develop high-volume sourcing strategies using recruitment platforms, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, universities, and other channels.
  • Establish recruitment campaigns and manpower plans to support business expansion and seasonal requirements.
  • Ensure recruitment targets and agreed Time-to-Fill requirements are achieved.
  • Build scalable recruitment processes capable of handling high-volume hiring without compromising candidate quality.

3. Headhunting & Executive Search

  • Lead proactive headhunting and direct sourcing for managerial, senior management, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent networks across the FMCG and relevant industries.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, professional networks, market mapping, referrals, and other direct sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Manage confidential searches and sensitive senior-level recruitment assignments.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and potential future hires.

4. Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute the organization's Employer Branding strategy to strengthen its position as an employer of choice.
  • Develop recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, social media, universities, career fairs, and other channels.
  • Manage the company's presence at career fairs, recruitment events, university partnerships, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Develop engaging recruitment content that reflects the organization's culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition.
  • Monitor employer brand perception and recommend initiatives to improve candidate attraction and engagement.

5. Recruitment Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Set clear KPIs, objectives, and performance standards for team members.
  • Allocate recruitment assignments according to workload, complexity, and business priorities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans.
  • Build a high-performance and collaborative TA culture.
  • Ensure team members follow standardized recruitment processes and best practices.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to senior management.
  • Manage hiring manager expectations regarding candidate availability, market conditions, compensation, and recruitment timelines.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to management.
  • Challenge hiring requirements when necessary and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR-related professional certifications are preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Strong experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other high-volume business environments.
  • Proven experience in mass hiring and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong track record in headhunting and direct sourcing for senior and specialized positions.
  • Proven experience in Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and digital recruitment channels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
