Reporting to: People & Culture Manager

Teams: Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full talent lifecycle within our organization—from attracting exceptional candidates to developing and retaining high-performing employees. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about building strong teams, enhancing employee potential, and shaping a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovative recruitment strategies, strengthening talent development practices, and ensuring the organization continues to attract, grow, and retain the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.

What will you be doing

  • Lead and manage the organization's talent acquisition strategy, including manpower planning, recruitment, and employer branding.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
  • Develop and implement talent management frameworks including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Partner with department heads to identify current and future talent needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Monitor and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-offer, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and career progression.
  • Manage and develop the recruitment and talent management team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain competency frameworks and talent assessment processes.
  • Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and developing succession plans for key roles.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures throughout the recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on initiatives related to learning and development, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Prepare reports and insights on talent trends and workforce analytics to support strategic HR decision-making.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with exposure on talent acquisition as mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent development, and performance management practices.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment campaigns and building talent pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS and high initiatives in developing and enhancing the cycle
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
