Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of recruiting processes, developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and managing employer branding efforts. The individual will work closely with HR teams and leadership to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing processes to identify and attract top talent.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance company visibility and attract candidates.
• Proficient in Recruiting tools and platforms, with a focus on leveraging social media and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is advantageous.
