Talent Acquisition Manager (Individual Contributor)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Conduct executive search and proactively headhunt passive candidates for niche and leadership positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct market mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining accurate ATS records.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in executive search and headhunting across multiple functions.
• Strong experience recruiting for mid to senior-level and leadership positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and market mapping techniques.
• Experience managing recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
