Job Description

I. Job Responsibilities

1) Building an Overseas Recruitment System and Empowering the Team

- Responsible for establishing and building recruitment process SOPs, standards, tools, and evaluation systems that align with the branch company's business scenarios, based on the group's framework, to improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment delivery.

- Responsible for empowering the team within the module, outputting recruitment strategies, interview skills, and talent assessment methods that fit the branch company's business scenarios.

- Responsible for integrating employment compliance, cultural differences, and talent market characteristics in various countries to continuously optimize overseas recruitment models.

- Reflect on and review successful practices to support the improvement of the branch company's domestic and international team recruitment capabilities.

- Responsible for proactively searching for and recruiting high-end technical talent, building a talent map in the nuclear energy and advanced energy fields;

- Responsible for establishing and continuously refining a talent pool for core positions to improve the foresight and success rate of recruitment.

2) Core Recruitment Delivery

- Responsible for delivering recruitment for core nuclear power technical positions, overseas market business positions, and functional positions at SMR Company, supporting domestic and international business expansion.

- Responsible for the entire recruitment process for mid-to-senior level/management positions (Chinese + foreign) both domestically and internationally: clarifying requirements, sourcing channels, sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer confirmation, and onboarding follow-up.

3) Comprehensive HR Support

- Responsible for assisting in improving the early organizational structure, talent standards, and competency models of SMR within the group's framework and rules.

- Responsible for supporting basic HR work such as employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, and employee relations.

- Responsible for participating in corporate culture building, promoting the implementation of Jereh's values, and adapting to the pace of a startup organization.

II. Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university;

- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with experience in the nuclear energy/energy/EPC/high-end manufacturing industries preferred.

- Overseas recruitment experience, with English proficiency as a working language (independent interviewing, communication, and negotiation) preferred.

- Possessing skills in high-end headhunting, proactive sourcing, and mapping, and adept at delivering technical/mid-to-senior level positions.

- Familiar with overseas recruitment channels, talent market characteristics, and basic employment compliance requirements.

- Results-oriented, strong communication and judgment skills, resilient under pressure, capable of multitasking and responding quickly.

- Aligns with Jereh's corporate culture and value creation orientation; self-driven, proactive, and willing to grow together.

- Open and international mindset, strong cross-cultural adaptability, able to remain rational and efficient in uncertain environments, ensuring effective collaboration with candidates and business teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
