Job Description
To manage the implementation of key Qatarization & Resourcing processes, programs and initiatives aimed at attracting the right talent. Â Achieves staffing objectives by managing end to end recruitment process as per Vodafone Qatarâs policies and guidelines.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:Â
â¢Â    Translates budgeted headcount into annual recruitment plan. Define recruitment operating model and manage outsourced recruitment team via clear governance and partner management.
â¢Â    Work Closely with OE Team to determined positions to be Qatarized. Responsible for Discover /Graduate hiring process.
â¢Â    Manage resourcing and elements of strategic programmes e.g., Retail & COPS transformation.
â¢Â    Responsible for the E2E recruitment process for all assigned function / backfill roles that arise within the business.Â
â¢Â    Develop and maintain a database of Qatari candidates who can be considered for all roles both currently open and to meet future business requirements.Â
â¢Â    Develop innovative approaches to building and maintaining University relationships that contribute to building Vodafone's profile as an employer of choice amongst students and graduates.Â
â¢Â    Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience with assessment of the needs of current employees.
â¢Â    Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
