Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media and job boards, to attract top talent., in addition to participating in employment events such as career fairs to enhance visibility.
- Develop effective onboarding programs for new hires and launch internship initiatives to foster future recruitment opportunities.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract talent while producing professional internal communications that reinforce organizational values.
- Manage exit interviews to gather insights and recommend solutions to retain employees.
- Develop and update job profiles for all positions within the organization to reflect current responsibilities and requirements.
- Conduct regular job evaluations to assess role relevance and alignment with market standards, facilitating fair compensation and career progression.
- Oversee manpower planning processes and review organizational structures to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, including 3 years minimum in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of HR key performance indicators and metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
