Talent Acquisition Officer- Contracting

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Officer for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.

Responsibility-

• Preferably from an agency background.
• Proven ability to source a high volume of CVs, manage challenging recruitment requirements, and successfully close positions within one month, regardless of role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all recruitment platforms, including the use of AI tools.
• Capable of preparing and submitting detailed recruitment reports.

Skills-

• Inhouse experience, ideally with exposure to contracting.
• Experience working in a holding company that recruits for multiple businesses, including contracting.
• Alternatively, agency experience with a strong track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing positions across multiple sectors.
