We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Officer for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.
Responsibility-
- Source a high volume of CVs across diverse roles and industries.
- Manage challenging recruitment requirements and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Successfully close positions within one month, regardless of complexity.
- Utilize all major recruitment platforms and leverage AI-driven tools for efficient sourcing.
- Prepare and submit accurate recruitment reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Think creatively and outside the box to attract top talent.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
Skills-
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and AI-based sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset.
- Minimum 35 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
