Role Overview:
We are offering a Tamheer (On-the-Job Training) opportunity for a motivated Saudi graduate to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding functions within a dynamic HR environment. The trainee will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams to learn end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding procedures, and new hire integration. This program provides a critical foundation for building a professional career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, offering practical exposure to real-world recruitment operations, HR systems, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Training Areas & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Learn to draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.
- Learn sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
Candidate Communication & Coordination
- Assist in communicating with candidates regarding application status, interview schedules, and offer details.
- Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-joining documentation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent requirements and provide updates.
- Learn to conduct initial phone screening calls under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Onboarding Support
- Assist the Onboarding team in preparing new hire welcome kits, documentation, and orientation materials.
- Support the coordination of new hire orientation sessions and induction programs.
- Help with the collection and verification of new hire documents including IDs, certificates, and employment eligibility documentation.
- Assist in setting up new employee profiles on HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT, Administration, and relevant departments to ensure new hires have access to tools, systems, and workspaces.
- Support the tracking and follow-up of probation period evaluations and new hire feedback.
HR Administration & Documentation
- Assist with general HR administration tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Learn to use HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support the preparation of recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Maintain organized records of recruitment activities, candidate files, and onboarding documentation.
- Assist in updating recruitment trackers and onboarding checklists.
Employer Branding & Market Research
- Support employer branding initiatives including social media content and career page updates.
- Assist in research on market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring activities.
- Participate in career fairs, university engagement events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Learn about Saudization requirements, Nitaqat compliance, and labor market regulations.
Learning & Development
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring activities to develop HR and recruitment competencies.
- Observe and learn from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals in interviews, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
- Develop an understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Gain exposure to recruitment compliance, labor law, and workforce planning principles.
Qualifications:
- Saudi national (mandatory, as per Tamheer program requirements).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required.
- Fresh graduate or with less than one year of professional experience.
- Must not be currently employed in the public or private sector.
- Must be registered in the Tamheer program through the HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) portal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms is preferred.

Program Details:
- Program: Tamheer (On-the-Job Training) through HRDF.
- Duration: 3–6 months (as per Tamheer program guidelines).
- Monthly Stipend: SAR 3,000 (paid by HRDF).
- Training Certificate: Issued upon successful completion of the program.
