Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist, located in New Cairo. The specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including hiring, employer branding, and interviewing. Additionally, the role involves streamlining operations, collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals, and ensuring a high level of candidate experience and team integration.

Qualifications

• Experience from 3-5 years with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Skills in Hiring and Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
