Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Talent Acquisition & Organization Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics, supporting the company's strategic growth and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a sustainable talent pipeline, enhancing organizational structures, and ensuring alignment with Saudization and HRDF requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment and workforce planning strategies, including succession and replacement plans.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool to support current and future manpower needs.
  • Prepare, review, and update job descriptions in alignment with organizational structures.
  • Develop and monitor HR KPIs and workforce analytics.
  • Analyze employee turnover and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare analytical reports.
  • Prepare and manage job offers in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage and follow up on HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) programs and support files.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Participate in the execution and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding program.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and structure optimization projects.

  • Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in:
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Organization Development or Workforce Planning

    Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
    • Experience dealing with HRDF (Hadaf) programs.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Experience in developing HR metrics and KPIs.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
    • Systems: Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience within the Saudi market, preferably in construction or contracting environments.
    • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
    • Experience in organizational restructuring or workforce optimization initiatives.
