Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of corporate recruitment experience, handling both high-volume hiring and niche positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer management.
  • Partner with business units and HRBPs to understand manpower needs and build hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent pools.
  • Maintain strong turnaround time and meet internal recruitment SLAs.
  • Provide market mapping and talent insights to support business decisions.
  • Conduct or coordinate assessment centers/open days for bulk hiring.
  • Ensure fair and compliant hiring as per company recruitment policies.
  • Support hiring managers with interview tools and selection best practices.
  • Ensure all offers align with budget and internal policies.
  • Manage candidate experience, feedback, and documentation including reference checks.
