Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong exposure to the UAE recruitment market and proven success in white-collar hiring across multiple corporate functions. The role requires hands-on recruitment expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to independently drive hiring from requirement to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse corporate

Handle hiring for trading, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and corporate business environments (industry exposure is a strong advantage)

Partner closely with department heads and senior management to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities

Execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations to assess technical capability, behavioral fit, and cultural alignment

Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and ensure a professional candidate experience

Support offer discussions, salary benchmarking, and joining formalities in line with UAE market standards

Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and hiring reports

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies

Key Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE (mandatory)

Strong experience hiring across multiple corporate/white-collar functions

Excellent knowledge of UAE hiring channels, salary benchmarks, and talent availability

Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently and meet tight hiring timelines

Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
