Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified instructors while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract potential candidates through various platforms and social media channels.
Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and communication skills.
Filter and shortlist instructors for open teaching positions.
Schedule and coordinate demo sessions for qualified teachers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, social media, and online platforms for sourcing candidates.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in education recruitment is a plus.
