Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stages with hiring managers. The recruiter will design and implement hiring strategies, maintain talent pipelines for key roles, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Daily activities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, posting job openings on various platforms, managing applicant tracking systems, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. The recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and metrics.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to evaluate candidates and make informed selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within IT or technology-focused environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment methods is an advantage.
