Job Description

El Sewedy Electric is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Section Head to oversee and manage blue-collar recruitment for one of our factories. This role is critical in ensuring manpower availability to support production continuity and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all blue-collar hiring activities for the factory
  • Develop and execute manpower plans aligned with production needs
  • Manage high-volume recruitment cycles (operators, technicians, skilled labor)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through local sourcing channels
  • Coordinate closely with factory management, HR, and operations teams
  • Oversee onboarding, hiring KPIs, and recruitment reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to blue-collar / factory hiring
  • Proven experience in a lead or section head role
  • Strong understanding of industrial recruitment challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
