El Sewedy Electric is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Section Head to oversee and manage blue-collar recruitment for one of our factories. This role is critical in ensuring manpower availability to support production continuity and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all blue-collar hiring activities for the factory
- Develop and execute manpower plans aligned with production needs
- Manage high-volume recruitment cycles (operators, technicians, skilled labor)
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through local sourcing channels
- Coordinate closely with factory management, HR, and operations teams
- Oversee onboarding, hiring KPIs, and recruitment reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to blue-collar / factory hiring
- Proven experience in a lead or section head role
- Strong understanding of industrial recruitment challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
