Overview
The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the overall candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Job analysis and posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
- Sourcing candidates: Utilize various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conducting interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating assessments: Administer skills tests or assessments as required to evaluate candidates.
- Managing candidate experience: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in onboarding processes.
- Tracking metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting.
- Building relationships: Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Staying updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Exposure to global recruitment practices and experience of working within global organizations.
- Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
