Business Unit Overview

We unify and standardize HC service delivery while remaining responsive to each Line of Service, fostering a culture rooted in agility, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. Our focus is on creating a future-ready workforce by aligning talent strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and building stronger HC capabilities - ensuring trust, equity, and operational excellence across the organization.
How You'll Contribute
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, and social media. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Diversity & Emiratization: Support Emiratization and diversity hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with local regulations and PwC's inclusion goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, leverage technology, and drive operational excellence.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Employer Branding: Represent PwC at recruitment events and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Management, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver a seamless people experience.
- Project Participation: Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects as required.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 4–7 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles, preferably within professional services or a multinational environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and MS Office. Experience with data analytics and recruitment metrics is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Language: English is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
- Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel as required.
