Job Purpose / Role:
To Support the recruitment process in order to ensure that suitable candidates are selected and recruited on time and in line with the business requirements and the Bank's standards.
Areas Of Responsibility:
Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day-to-day operations:
- Implement the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Recruitment Planning:
- Developing an annual recruitment plan to outline the most appropriate strategies and approaches for identifying and selecting high caliber talent into required roles in a timely manner
- Coordinates with divisions on recruitment needs and identifies whether there are suitable internal available resources to fill vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers/ promotions
- Develop the selection and recruitment strategies, tools, techniques and methodologies, and provides support to internal stakeholders on the assessment of potential candidates in order to acquire talent into the organization
Screening & Evaluation
- Controls the screening and identification of external and internal applicants to ensure that the qualifications required for the respective vacancy match well
- Supporting the implementation of psychometric testing process and the execution of assessment centers for external candidates to gain an accurate bearing of the candidate's cognitive abilities, personality/behavioral style and skills
Management of Recruitment Process
- Supporting the graduate/professional/overseas/outsourced acquisition to ensure that the selection of candidates is done as per the applicable policies and procedures
- Ensures the development of offer letters to the selected candidates while controls and supports the negotiation of the Bank with them, so as to ensure high level of professionalism in the attraction process of the recruitment
- support the on-boarding process of new hires to ensure the required orientation programs and ID cards are provided in a timely manner
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
