We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the construction industry to support the hiring of management-level positions on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate must be immediately available and capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for management and leadership roles within the construction sector.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Source, screen, and assess high-caliber candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments with stakeholders.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven recruitment experience within the construction industry.
- Strong track record of hiring management-level professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Immediately available or on short notice.
Contract: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
