Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the construction industry to support the hiring of management-level positions on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate must be immediately available and capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for management and leadership roles within the construction sector.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
  • Source, screen, and assess high-caliber candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments with stakeholders.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven recruitment experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong track record of hiring management-level professionals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Immediately available or on short notice.

Contract: 3 Months (Potential Extension)

Availability: Immediate Start Preferred.
