Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Allegiance Real Estate is looking for an experienced European Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and attracting top talent to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.
• Connect with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to the offer stage.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing the Allegiance employer brand.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure recruitment data is up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
