We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent across technical and business functions. This role is critical in building high-performing teams that support Scry AI's continued growth and innovation.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Scry AI, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions
• Ensure timely feedback and smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Promote Scry AI's employer brand across recruitment platforms and professional networks
• Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and hiring standards

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple job functions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
