Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blue Collars is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for blue-collar positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions in collaboration with line managers. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, scheduling and following up on assessments, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. In addition, the specialist supports employer branding activities targeting blue-collar talent, maintains accurate recruitment records, and provides regular reporting on hiring progress and workforce needs.
Qualifications

Proficiency in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting for blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
Experience with interviewing techniques and structured assessment methods tailored to operational and frontline positions.
Skills in hiring coordination and decision support, including collaboration with supervisors and HR to match candidates with job requirements.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies, especially for attracting and retaining blue-collar talent in local markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and meet hiring timelines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases and basic MS Office skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
Understanding of labor regulations and best practices in fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring.
