Role Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Branding & Engagement, you will strengthen ALEC's employer brand and clearly articulate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract talent across all hiring streams. You'll lead branding, engagement, and outreach initiatives across social media, career events, universities, early careers programmes, and international attraction campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned with ALEC's Talent Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing strategy.
  • Activate and embed ALEC's EVP across attraction channels and talent segments.
  • Manage ALEC's Talent Acquisition presence across social media and digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Plan and deliver engagement activities including career fairs, events, university partnerships, and early careers outreach.
  • Support international attraction campaigns in line with workforce planning priorities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Business Partners to translate hiring needs into targeted attraction activity.
  • Create and maintain engaging content for campaigns, events, presentations, and careers platforms.
  • Track, analyse, and report on branding and engagement effectiveness, using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Oversee teams and processes, supporting development and ensuring effective delivery.
  • Promote ESG awareness and sustainable practices within talent attraction.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and innovation in branding and engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or HR Engagement.
