Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including defining role requirements with hiring managers, drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, supporting selection decisions, and managing offer processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and ensure hiring practices align with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Collaboration with HR and leadership teams is key to forecasting hiring needs and improving recruitment workflows.
