Role: Recruitment & Onboarding

Reports to: Head Human Resources

Location: Dubai/India/Remote

Duration: 1 year

Launched in 2019 by Landmark Group, we connect customers to hundreds of thousands of products through an open seller ecosystem. We obsess over customer experience- fast delivery, seamless payments and delightful service while building the region's most efficient, data-driven marketplace. The brand is present in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait and is looking to enter other major markets within & outside GCC.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a high-performing team across Growth, Operations, Marketing, Tech, B2B etc. You'll also play a key role in shaping the employer brand and candidate experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer onboarding for roles across departments.
  • Headhunt and engage top-tier talent, leveraging advanced search techniques, market mapping, and networking strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of best-fit talent through an efficient sourcing mix.
  • Act as a recruitment advisor to stakeholders about talent market, apart from the BAU (screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess suitability, and make recommendations for hire)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships with potential candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics include time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire etc.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / Post Graduate qualification with specialization in Human Resources
  • 8+ years experience in a fast-paced recruitment role, ideally with agency and in-house experience.
  • A strong track record of recruiting and sourcing candidates at all levels across different functions within sharp timeliness.
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple roles simultaneously. Work experience in the Fashion E-commerce industry in GCC.
