We're looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team and support our growing hiring needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and field recruitment

* Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Handle recruitment for both **white-collar and blue-collar roles**

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

* Prepare job offers and support the onboarding process
