- Create job postings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels, e.g. social media and professional platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and conduct initial screening telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate with them for interviews with prospective applicants.
- Administer professional tests to prospective applicants
- Conduct background and reference checks.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Create and monitor key HR metrics and reports, including time to fill, time to hire and source of hire.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most appropriate way.
- Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions as assigned.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (additional HR education or certification is a strong advantage).
- Familiarity with medium to large organizations and matrix structures.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and people management practices.
- High sense of ownership, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer and results-oriented, with a proactive can-do mindset.
