Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital function. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Utilize data and key talent acquisition metrics to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes
- Ensure alignment with best practices, policies, and local regulations
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party providers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Capital, with a focus on Talent Acquisition
- At least 5 years in a specialist TA role within a medium to large organization
- Experience in the UAE or Middle East is highly desirable
- Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
- Clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal)
- Degree qualification (master's preferred) in HR or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is an advantage
Key Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting
- Knowledge of TA best practices, systems, and regulations
- Fluent in English
