What You'll Be Doing
As a Specialist Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating fullcycle recruitment activities, including:
- Managing endtoend recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals)
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Supporting onboarding activities and preemployment documentation for new joiners
- Preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 23 years of experience in talent acquisition or an HR/recruitment support role
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing and recruitment coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in ATS and HR systems
