Talent Acquisition Specialist (English Speaker)

iQor is seeking a proactive English Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with mass hiring.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
