Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located at our Ismailia office.

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will create and publish job ads on job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Review CVs/applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
  • Coordinate and sometimes conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference/background checks to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience whether they are hired or not.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and use data to improve processes and employer branding efforts.
  • Forecast hiring needs, track metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and improve processes.
  • Source candidates via online channels like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Build hiring plans and recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs and business goals (e.g., headcount plans, hard-to-fill roles, priority skills)
  • Placing Candidates in Jobs that suits their skills and job requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities include fostering strong employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience in creating and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar fullcycle recruiting role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, selection methods, and basic employment law/compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and English Language
  • Strong sourcing skills using social media, job boards, CV databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills, using structured or competencybased methods.
  • High level of organization and time management; able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
