Job Description:
Own the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, job offers, and hiring.
Enhance the recruitment process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Support company-wide employer branding initiatives and benefits schemes.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Assist with other HR initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement programs and onboarding activities.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, and ensure the database is up-to-date.
Conduct market research to understand salary trends and benchmarks, ensuring competitive offers.
Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards to track metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
Work with the HR team to create retention strategies that address employee needs and foster long-term engagement.
Prepare detailed recruitment reports and analyses for leadership, providing insights to inform future hiring strategies.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in startups or SaaS companies and the EdTech industry (preferred).
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sourcing passive candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
