Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Department: People & Culture – Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and support our continued growth.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely attraction, assessment, and hiring of qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The role also supports workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, recruitment reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with the approved Salary Scale and company policies.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Employee Relations regarding visa processing, onboarding, and employment documentation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and university partnerships.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with Saudization requirements and labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports within the HR system.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and operational positions is preferred.
  • Experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with MenaME HR System is highly preferred.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms is preferred
