We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist French/English Speaker to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hiring and recruitment processes
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Communicate with different stallholders for recruitment purposes
• Support mass hiring initiatives
• Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in recruitment, must be in a mass hiring environment
• B2/C1 French proficiency
• B2 English proficiency
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
• Understanding of HR policies and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Can commute to the job location
• Available to start immediately
