Job Description

We are Hiring for a role of a Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead with a Retail Conglomerate

Location Dubai

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Strategy & Planning o Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and growth priorities. o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future talent needs. o Forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines for critical or high-turnover roles.

2. Sourcing & Attraction o Source candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and passive sourcing. o Act as a brand ambassador at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions. o Craft compelling job descriptions, outreach messages, and employer-brand content.

3. Candidate Assessment & Selection o Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone / video screenings, and assess candidate f it. o Coordinate and conduct interviews, including scheduling, debriefing, and gathering feedback. o Facilitate candidate evaluation and decision processes, working closely with hiring managers.

4. Offer & Onboarding o Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and offer letter preparation. o Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. o Partner with HR and hiring teams to enhance new-hire experience and retention.

5. Data & Reporting o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). o Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per hire). o Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

6. Compliance & Process Improvement o Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices. o Recommend and implement improvements in talent acquisition processes and systems. o Manage relationships with external recruitment partners (agencies, universities, job portals) and vendor contracts.
