Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talented people for the organization. You will need to work closely with department heads, offer guidance on hiring trends and best practices, and ensure hiring targets and objectives are met. You will also need to develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a real estate brokerage company.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other recruitment tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
