Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out Talent Acquisition functions, such as developing sources of qualified applicants and screening them.
• Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews in accordance with the organization's competency framework
• Send offers till on-boarding phase.
• Respond on time to any hiring requisition or replacement needed to ensure maximum utilization of manpower in accordance with the specified budget and talent acquisition policy.
• Build a pipeline of talents to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth.
• Promote the company's image to the candidates through professional communication.
• Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition database.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required: 2 to 4 years of experience in the same function in the construction industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Professional user of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent Analysis skills.
• Excellent in time management.
• Multitasking.
