We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, with mandatory experience in the Saudi market and a strong background in recruitment agencies or staffing companies.

Location: Agouza, Giza

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and talent sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelines.
• Prepare and extend job offers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Mandatory experience working with the Saudi market.
• Very good command in English.
• Previous experience in recruitment agencies or staffing companies is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
