Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Recruiter to help us expand our real estate sales team by identifying and attracting high-quality talent from different international markets. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-connected, organized, and capable of finding ambitious real estate agents who fit the company culture and vision.

What are we looking for

1. 3 to 4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
2. Experience hiring for sales or real estate roles is preferred
3. Strong communication and people skills
4. Good understanding of LinkedIn recruitment and hiring platforms
5. Ability to identify quality talent and assess personality fit
6. Organized, proactive and target-driven
7. Confident personality with strong networking ability

What you will do

1. Source and recruit real estate agents locally and internationally
2. Identify high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals
3. Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews efficiently
4. Build a strong pipeline of quality candidates
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
6. Support onboarding coordination for new hires
7. Represent the company professionally during the hiring process
