Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for our client. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that elevates the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to build robust pipelines for niche or high-volume roles.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on candidate personas, and provide regular market insights.
• Employer Branding: Represent the client brand professionally at career fairs, networking events, and across digital recruitment platforms.
• Data & Compliance: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), tracking key metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of technical or corporate recruitment experience (agency or in-house). Middle East market experience is highly preferred.
• Sourcing Skills: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search strings, and modern talent mapping techniques.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and English communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
