Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring projects across various functions. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet ambitious hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment projects and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Participate in job fairs, open days, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in mass hiring environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting for high-volume positions in Retail, Distribution, Logistics, or similar industries.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
